Healing Philosophy
The physical-somatic dimension of human (mammalian) consciousness is the primary mediator and ground of our multifaceted awareness: in energetic, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions. All facets of human experience are supported, mediated, and expressed through the body. Our body is the container of our stories and the grounds in which we transform and actualize our individual and collective lives – including our missions, ethics, and social relations. Through the physical arts, information is crafted to empower awareness and empathy for the other and the embodied narratives that shape our lives. Visceral embodiment and sensitivity to the subtle energetics constantly at play through body, mind, and collective, facilitates kinesthetic tunings in pursuit of catharsis and transformation.
Presence based touch gives the mind-body an opportunity to remember and rediscover itself, notice tension and release. This is how massage becomes the in-depth reading and reflecting of a person’s state of tension—emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually—to evoke space for change, healing, and catharsis.
All facets of human experience are supported, mediated, and expressed through the body.
Through modalities of space, air, aura, skin, muscle, bone and spirit I micro-embody the other’s point of tension through tunneling my consciousness through my fingertips and into their body, and meeting it with whatever the physical empathy calls for. When our bodies are listened to, reflected, met and held with love, the stories we hold can find catharses, and lasting change. This intuitive work is grounded by technique, training and practice that support consistently deep healing experiences.

Drawn in by the depths of communication and compassion that unfolds through body language and touch, massage has always been a deep mode of communicating with my community, and has been the most consistent practice in my life. This kinesthetic meditation perpetuates the whispers of ecofeminism and nourishes deep desire for living in harmony with the sacredness of our existence and nature.
