Relax Tincture is a wonderful herbal combination used to calm, soothe and relax the entire body and mind. Take it directly from the dropper bottle, or add it to a cup of warm water for an instant, soothing cup of relaxation tea. It is safe for use by pregnant and nursing women but is not appropriate for frequent, long-term use by those who are hypothyroid. (Occasional use is fine.)

Ingredients: Organic Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Catnip, Lavender Blossom and Skullcap. The regular tincture is extracted in organic grape alcohol and the non-alcohol version is extracted in organic vegetable glycerine and distilled water. All Herb Lore tinctures are non-GMO and are gluten-free.

Suggested Use: Adults: Use 1-2 droppersful (squeezes) as desired. Children: Use the age-appropriate dose as needed. The non-alcohol version is recommended for children. May cause drowsiness.
